At TW Auto, we offer a wide range of automotive services, from routine maintenance to complex repairs, all performed with the highest degree of precision and safety. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service to keep your vehicle running at its best.
VEHICLE SERVICE
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity of major components of your vehicle. Mandatory maintenance items include filters and lubricants that have a limited lifespan and therefore need to be replaced every 10,000 km on diesel and 15,000km on a petrol vehicle OR 12 months to limit costly repairs caused by excessive wear and tear.

ENGINE OVERHAUL
Your vehicle’s engine is a critical area but sometimes due to component failure and wear & tear, it will require maintenance & related repairs. Here are some of the services we offer:
TIMING BELT / CHAIN REPLACEMENT
The timing belt (or cambelt as it is popularly known) is a major component in the engine and needs to be replaced as per the manufacturer’s service intervals. The failure of this component translates into the damage of various components which can be very costly to repair.
ENGINE OVERHAULS AND REBUILDS
We offer complete and minor engine overhauls and rebuilds, using quality components in your vehicle.

1 month / 2 000km Workmanship Guarantee
6 Months / 1 Year Manufacturer Warranty on most parts
No Warranty on all Electric Parts
Please note:
Storage Charges -
A storage fee of R200.00 per day will be charged in the following cases:

Vehicles that are left for more than 5 days at the workshop after job completion.

Vehicles that are left for more than 5 days without work being done on them, after the keys have been handed over to management.

Vehicles that have been quoted on and after 5 days, approval for work to commence has not been given.

Customers that are not contactable after 5 days.
This is applicable until the vehicle is removed from the premises.
By Order from Management, agreed upon by all customers when vehicles are delivered to the workshop.

BRAKING SYSTEM

We offer replacement of all clutch components including hydraulic components, clutch assembles & skimming of flywheels.
CV JOINTS / PROP SHAFT REPAIRS
We offer replacement of all constant velocity joints (CV joint as they are commonly known) and prop shaft/driveshaft components.
WHEEL BEARING REPLACEMENT
We offer replacement of all types of bearings and ABS components including sensors and hub units.
SUSPENSION SYSTEM
Suspension components are there to keep you firmly on the road. Damage from potholes and poor road surfaces as well as normal wear & tear may cause suspension failure due to the weight of the vehicle and the constant state of motion. Here are some of the related services we offer:
SUSPENSION RACK REPLACEMENT
We offer steering rack reconditioning as well as brand new replacement units if the old unit is beyond repair. We use accredited remanufactures and OE components.
COMPONENT REPLACEMENT
We offer replacement of components including bushes, ball joints, rack ends, shock absorbers and other related units
